No mate, Justin Platten former A grade captain of Elizabeth, Trent Greenshields 2 time B&F also from Elizabeth, both very good footballers and great blokes to have around the club. I wish them along with Para & coach Matty G all the best for season 2014.

Great blokes no doubt. I love Platts but I don't think him an Greenshields arent enough to get Bute off the bottom. Matty G has already delivered Bute it's only wooden spoon over its 130 year existences and is set to gain another one. Once again good div 5 players will struggle in the YP.

I believe that T Wait is a teacher an awaiting a job in the YP. If he does only then will he play for Pasky. 0 points

correct everyone now attracts points unless they haven't played for 2 years.clubs can apply for extra points for hardship etc. or exceptional circumstances ie.genuine shift of employment so pasky would have to convince league directors to up their points and i reckon they got no hope.

That's we're Kadina have an advantage! We get school teachers, police officers and pyshio's for zero points when they move into Kadina for employment. Make's it hard when towns like Bute don't have many employment opportunities.

I have also heard that clubs may yet get 13 points each. bottom clubs can apply to get the extra 2.

re points as quoted in last post there are no freebies anymore only allocation of extra points so if kadina get 5 cops ten teachers they all attract points .i suggest all posters get a copy of new apps before guessing who is worth what.

Pretty sure unless the league approves an exemption Cgull is right, employment is not considered a waiver for player points.

Zeb Kenny hasn't played in years, and Boyd really struggled from all accounts last year. Also isn't waits new job at Balaklava?, so how is he 0 points to pasky?

Yep Boyd really struggled last year. At 0 points you can't complain though, will still be a great depth player. There is no way Wait will be 0 points under the APPS.
