Seeing as it didn't happen on Australian soil and was never convicted under any australian law. I would say yes she can. And if she couldn't it only last for a few years, so she would in the long run. I still think there is money already waiting for her back home to cover someones ass.

I was wondering about him, although the U.S. Government deemed his charge to be invalid, as that specific law didn't exist at the time. However, we all know he was terrorist sympathizer, but to spend 6 years at Gitmo under those conditions was rough.
That's the thing about breaking the law in another country, you have no right to complain when the punishment seems harsh.

Yep I'm a fan of body building, not every body builder takes drugs. I don't class Alcohol as a drug.

Steroids have become more popular than heroin and methamphetamine among young men who start injecting illicit drugs, new figures show.
According to a study by the Australian Needle Syringe Program, the number of young men wanting rapid muscle gain has tripled in the past decade.
