5 EPL clubs named in Lord Stevens enquiry

Chelsea, Newcastle, Bolton, Middlesbrough and Portsmouth have all been named in the Lord Stevens enquiry into transfer breaches. It is understood Newcastle and Bolton have had the most serious breaches. Big Sam and Grahame Souness were also on the dodgy list. Will be interested to see if and what repercussions may come out of it....
