The ladder on cricinfo and cricket.com.au has WA top and SA 2nd. Presumably because WA have won 4 outrights compared to our 3, despite being a lower quotient. Anyone know the specifics? I always thought it was as mal has it here.

Quotient is only used to split sides who are level on wins.
WA are top due to winning more games outright
