Why aren't the sentences?
7.5 years is a bit rich. I know there isn't such a thing as a victimless crime but for me, physical violence of any sort should be dealt with far more harshly than embezzlement. On top of that, if you harm a child/minor or animal, both defenseless, you should get triple the normal penalty.
