The following letter was published in today's Guardian Messenger. Upon reading it, I wondered if anyone on here might be able to help the writer and hence it is hereby reproduced:
"In my endeavour to 'finalise' the now defunct Glenelg-South-West football association's 'honour list', I require the name of the player who won the A Grade fairest and best player medal in the 1951 season.
Also, the name of the club he played for and the association's leading goalkicker.
Participating clubs were divided into Plympton, Camden, Sturt, Edwardstown, Brighton/Seacliff, St Leonards and South Adelaide Ramblers.
Can anyone help? Please contact me on 8278 8485.
Neil Stallard."
