Faaark Duncan you're killing me! 12 points to half time, still at 14 and missing simple shots, shooting 6-15 from the field

Today would be a good time to win a game Chicago! Follow in your blackhawks footsteps and erase the 2 game deficit lead

The Bulls better get themselves a scoring machine this off season. I'll be majorly pissed off if they don't.

Blazers finally win a playoff series (first since 2000). Was a terrific series.

Re: NBA 2013/14
Well, that was a great first round. Only series that provided no surprises or suspense was the Miami series. Some major seeds got some huge scares, which wasn't so surprising in the West but the Pacers being pushed to the bring by a sub 500 team I never saw coming.
I think with things being reset 0-0 Indiana will regroup and take care of business in the semis but you don't want to be going to 7 games in round 1. You'd rather be Miami and choosing to have a hit out in training, then taking a day off because you can. A week off, at this time of the year, is gold. Washington are dangerous, but they're just a year or two behind Indiana.
Miami too good for Brooklyn. I know the regular season record, but a best of 7 playoff series is different. In fact, this could be a sweep. It just seems like the Nets will have to work so hard and hit so many shots to even be in with a chance here.
Not sure there are many good matchups left for San Antonio, but this definitely isn't one. An athletic power forward will either move Duncan out of position or will be really taxing on his energy defensively and Parker certainly doesn't want to have to chase Lillard. Not that Parker is a great defender either, he could get exposed by the speed. Pop's "go to" backcourt of Manu and Parker might not be effective enough defensively so we might see Mills playing some more minutes at important times. Toss of a coin for me and will come from what the Spurs get from outside their 3 guns.
OKC should win this one. This is the matchup nightmare for LA. Ibaka is a great matchup for Griffin and Jordan doesn't do enough with the ball in hand to hurt Perkins IMHO. Chris Paul evidently hurt too takes the edge off LA offensively. Defensively, they look likely to be exposed by Durant and Westbrook.

Re: NBA 2013/14
So much for Paul's dodgy hammy. 12/14 from the field, 8/9 from 3 for 32 points and 10 assists with only 2 turnovers. Watching the game, I don't remember him creating then taking so many shots for himself. If this is a new attitude, he could well be a far deadlier player.

The Spurs other Aussie player Aron Baynes also scored 10 points.
