r3 5,7,8 from 2,4,6,9 for multis
r4 3,5 on top from 1,9
r5 1,2,3,4,8
r6 8 looks the winner from 2,4 then 5,9
r7 7,8 on top from 3,9,10
r8 nfi too many interstaters & i wouldn't back any of the locals STAY OUT
