In my opinion Nelson is the in-form player at present. Trouble is there have been a few others that will take votes...Sheedy, Feast, Chambers and to a lesser extent Crane & Thompson... (actually, what am I talking about?...we're a team of champions and will probably fill the first 22 positions in this years MM)

Still, at $26 I reckon it's probably worth putting a few $$ on SOS...

Interesting that so many rate Allan (I did in March but that's another story).
Even though he's dominating the players of the year awards and is MM favourite according to RPH he's not even in the running for the recruit of the year, apparantley only Callinan and Crane are worth mentioning. Goes to show P Blandis's and W Partland's knowledge of the game at the moment.

Warren is generally pretty good :)

Simon Feast to win it, Dean Howard roughie...too many of our blokes will pinch votes from each other.

They are nowhere near as bad as Thornton, firstly you can back teams on Tuesday....and above is the only mistake they have made, so a bit harsh, unless you count the $3.05 for North against South as a mistake!!!

That was the best mistake i have ever seen :D

As for magarey i will say Callinan, probably because i have seen him play the most out of the contendors.
As for my roughie, (dont jump up and down) i think might be a Gowans. :D

Doesn't help that he has missed most of the season either! I rate him very highly - great player but you may be right about his style much like Heath Younie who would be the most underated in terms of media awards and umps votes but has been a great player week in and week out at North. Even some North people don't rate him but always get a shock when they see his stats etc and watch the replay.
