I think Admire had a heap left in the tank. For mine Lucia got too far back and would need to be closer, although it will be at Flemington so the straight might work in its favour.
A week or so ago I backed Fawkner. Between the three, I hope to get the trifecta!
I've been backing Fawkner for 3 years now and the thing is a sensation.
Was poorly ridden last year in the MC.
Only comes out once a year for a reason and I'm a little disappointed the Cox is it's main aim this year.
Listened to TAB radio today but I can't remember who was analysing things.
Fawkner was 2.3 seconds quicker than any of the front runners from the Caufield at its last start.
Would love to see Fawkner win the MC.
