Where does this leave the so called tradition of the SANFL grand final rematch. A Port/Norwood rematch has the potential to draw a large crowd to Adelaide Oval.
Clearly another sign that the Port Adelaide Football Club respect tradition if and only when it suits them.
Does this mean the rematch will be played on the Friday Night. ?

Hang on, the AFL "granted Port Adelaide permission" to play ANZAC Day ( Night )?
So the AFL schedule Port to play then, yet it's Port's fault for not honoring tradition......hmm.....

Port have held ANZAC Day games for a few years and I'd imagine will continue to do so. It's not they "granted" us permission.
Probably our fault it falls on a Saturday.
