Over 2 years ago I was receiving bills for a property in Vic. As they had merged my name with another bloke.
Went to the ombudsman and was all sorted and a credit was sent my way.
12 months later I called to say I hadn't seen a bill and was informed they were using up my credit.
2 weeks ago I got a letter saying no one is registered at my address.
I have now received a bill for $4K as a back dated bill to the day I connected.
I have also found out that they can only back bill when it's their fault 9 months.
Ombudsman here I come.

I have probably posted about them in this thread before but gahhhhhh.
Currently what annoys me that most is the fact that all the other neighbourhood cats invade the backyard looking for food, and instead of asserting their territorial rights, our cats wimp out and end up letting the intruders run roughshod over them, so it's not unusual to have six or seven cats in the backyard at any given time.
I am looking out of my office window and sure enough, there's a sea of furry cocked ears out there anticipating food. F*** off, freeloaders.

Well maybe I like calling it out when "Narni spoils it to Spitter who inturn passes to Goldy who then handballs to the running Ziebs who finds Dish on the lead who then gives it to Boomer who runs in to the open goal" (that'll make Scotty in the coaches box happy)
