Perrie will play out of the fwd pocket and Brett White in the back pocket. McIntyre will play CHB on LeCras leaving Grose and Hart (and Coulter if needed) to mind the other talls if Port have any other than LeCras and Batson?

The luxury of having Gill play on the wing which is proving a match up nightmare for opposition coaches at 92 kgs and 6 ft 4 inc tall plus his running and marking ability - what a bonus!

North have the depth now that there are 9 players in the two's that have played league this year alone and it is only because of depth and returning from injury and not form that most are playing ressies. You can also add Walker who is waiting for 100 percent fitness with his kicking leg in the two's before he plays league plus 3 others who have played league in the past - that's good sing come the run to the finals. We also have Ryswyk and Wintle due back after the bye and likely Damon White in 4 weeks as well. If we avoid any injuries it will be a nightmare trying to select 21 each week!

Cue Spelly for that one. Just say he does only play his next one in the NA v CD match and then plays no other for the year I would imagine that would be a unique record from the point of view of a player playing only 3 games for the year and all against the same club?

Probably would be, but I only have all clubs round by round players records from last season; Sturt for a few seasons before, Eagles from 1991 and Norwood from 2001.

The Roosters might just make Central a bit nervous come September if this team holds injury-wise

IMHO just barracking for a side because you're in their area is piss weak. Just my opinion thought as I always liked to be different to the majority and not be a sheep.

Im piss weak

anyone got the Port side?

probably cant go this week, but I hope Sammy Mardling plays well in his debut match at just 16 years of age!

Ultra quick, ultra small forward pocket who has awesome skills and has kicked some of the most amazing goals ive seen in years in the ressies this season.

Gill was on the wing last week and did a great job.
Banger's named on the other wing (the SANFL graphic is weird).
Kriegs in the centre.
See the post earlier in the thread to see a more traditional version of what the lineup looks like, I dunno why the SANFL make theirs so confusing.

I think the SPF15+ will be required by the Port fullback line, applied liberally to the roof of their mouth as they look skyward on a regular basis to see the North side score with relative ease.

This game, with a bye and Centrals to follow will end our season, and perhaps a coaching career?

OK. Who saw that coming????

Port Adelaide ran out convincing winners at Prospect 110-65.

Daniel Hargraves kicked 7 or 8 goals.

I did PAP. I am so far away that you would need the Hubble telescope to watch the game and even I saw that coming.

Port in danger of setting a new reocrd
Hargraves back to his old stomping ground
Cows demanding we play Perrie at CHB
Playing Hart, who has been out since the year dot
Dropping two of our most consistent backs this year on Delvins and Schubert
Keeping Ladhams in when he is out of form, injured or whatever

Accident waiting to happen.

I only arrived at 1/2 time after considering turning back when it was 11 goals to 1 (I think).

From what I saw, someone had pumped Port up for a big game because they were fired up x 100 based on what I saw. They were all over our runners and HARD at the body. Every tackle and hit had that bit extra in it. It was like old-time Port. I reckon they felt they had a pay-back from the Alberton debacle.

Ben Hart did well FWIW I thought
