Not sure about you but I can't eat greasy food without washing it down with something fizzy.

1) Peel the spuds
2) Cut them into small cubes 1.5cmx1.5cmx1.5cm is good
3) Put them in a prepared baking tray
4) Spray oil over the spuds
5) Sprinkle Mixed Herbs over the top. Dont be stingy
6) Bake on 200 degrees til golden brown and crunchy.
