Have been reading the topic on the Roost when it was announced that Perrie was at CHB and no-one seemed to know exactly what (no pun intended) power / rights the AvFL sides have over the SANFL.
did Jarman has the choice to say NO ? Is he required to oblige or is he just weak. With hindsight, my rants on here and the Roost might be a bit unfair if he has no choice.
If that's the case, maybe this was the Cows paying North back for comments made a few weeks back.
Well, what would happen if Jars plays him where he wants, against Adelaides' wishes? There isn't any punishment for that I would have thought.
That's my poinit exactly. what would hapen if Jars did just say "up yours". To be honest, if the Crows withdrew Perries availability, would we miss him. Same goes for the rest of the AvFL listed players at North.
I know I am sticking my neck out here, but what have they done for us so far this season. Lonie was poor, Gill hasn't exactly set the team on fire although probalbly the best of the bunch, White, only two games and was absent today, McIntyre, great player he is, has been injured and not really shown too much since he came back and this week we had Perrie at CHB for half the game.
Our best period (and you would know this better than me

) was when we were forced to blood the juniors, Delvins, Cunningham, Gallman and Joey Campbell. at least they looked like they were up for it and wanted to play for North. Stick in there Allan, Schubert, Cubillo and Michael Wundtke and we have the makings of a great young, hungry team. Dumping AvFL players in the side, who, not all want to be there, play them out of position, upset the balance and the result is what happened today.
