will Ramsey last as long as De Pledge? rr very quiet, gone backm in his hole after the barrage today!
Rainbow is a Bgrade bowler and just goes to show the batting and bowling depth of this assoc. Whos going to win the runs, Scoob or riedy?
You have taken 5 before wcp, I think you can do it. I will go to wherever Chargers are playing and from the boundry call Rainbow a 'Jackass" every ball in his run up. Sure to work! (couldnt be done for perjury anyway!)

Reidy has it in the bag Mav.. I think he's nearly a 100 in front.. The MVP will be close, Gourlay, Reidy, Greasy Symonds has had some big games, and Ryan has made runs/taken wickets and Sammy has done the same.

Dont count yourself out scoob.
Who has won in the most recent years, did you win it last year? If fielding votes count, you are my tip!

Whats everyone elses thoughts on the Ravendale fiasco?
LS and W apparently wont budge. Tasmans will play seven home games there a year, that is the only time they will be a the venue. Should have no trouble paying back the repayments!

Im here OL. You guys can stop bagging us when ever you like. We have done nothing wrong, just looking after our future. Bag us all you like, in one ear out the other.
Ravendale will be great in 5 years we will play every home game there, the GF will be there, we will train there. This is only the beginning. Waybacks and Lincoln South are putting up a bit of a struggle but it will be short lived when they are told to move soon. Bill Holland and Doug Glass will be devatated!
Lets move on from Ravendale, you crossed the line with your last post mav, I am printing out and giving to Suds as you read!

Bystander I am making a comeback if you can take 5 wickets. Best batting line up _ MP Bgrade!
Our Longreach = Dion Whillas, an old Saints foe. How are you mate?

That's funny Iseem to remember you guys not even making the finals in the A grade last year!!! The year before that Saints won B and A grade agaist your blokes in the same year!! TROLL, TROLL, $#@% TROLL. Good to hear from you Dion. Wouldn't be interested in a game this weekend would ya. Goodluck to all you Hendo boys on the weekend, hope you get all three. Don't worry Scoob, Mav seems to forget a run out simply means no bowler was good enough to get you out

Burfitt devided all sports in this town, he has turned them against each other and where is he now??? His vision was great. Charlton lost there $10,000 nets and now call the High School home, LS lost 2 of thier lights last year valued at $20,000. And now Tasmans are training at possibly the best venue in Australia (High School Hockey Oval) with still no home ground. The council have gone about this the wrong way totally and caused total distruction. No lets sell Centenary and everything will be OK! The latest plan is to take the corner off Centenary where the old gates are to roughly where the scoreboard is and put a garden in there to green it up. Wow wont it be great.

I have got a prediction for 2010 it goes like this.

WANTED
Football Club to amalgamate with.
Port Lincolns leading football Club Tasmans is looking to merge with another club, the deal is you only need to take over our 1million (formally $700,000 in 2006) dollar debt, we will then say you guys are bankrupt and then we can wipe the debt, then we can merge , have no debt and continue winning premierships (all beit Bgrade - but whos complaining).
Finals experience preffered but not essential (Bostons you can apply)
For Further enquries please contact:
The CEO Tasman FC
Po Box 69
Pt Lincoln
this would have to be the most intelligent thing posted by a troll yet, and we still ain't goin' there, ever, even with a barge pole!!!

There is a lot of negativity in regards to Ravendale. Personally I think it will be a great asset to the town and as far as turning a dollar goes it wont be a problem. Apart from football, Netball, Hockey etc it will be booked heavily for weddings, functions, Dinners, etc the list is endless.

Gday all, haven't been on for a while as chaos at work with 4 tow cages of fish arriving home in the last 10 days. Finally caught up on all the chat. Seems to be quite a bit of angry discussion relating to Henderson Shield sides. Maverick, for the record Gourlay flying to Sydney for work Sun morn, Rhino to Port Pirie, Coombes un-available, Jules un-available, Greasy un-available, Razzle's missus been overseas for 5 weeks & gets hm Sat 'arvo(no guesses what he'll be doing Sunday!) M.J picked to keep in 1's as reward for playing both minor round games & un-availability of Coombes/Doudle. Reidy & I have spent a lot of time just trying to find blokes keen & available. It's should be that Reidy or my phone's been ringing hot with blokes saying "pick me! pick me!", especially being a home final in Lincoln, but the opposite's been the case. I totally agree that the Henderson Shield selection process needs urgent attention prior to next year, but don't have a crack at the blokes trying their best to get two sides on the field. I also had no knowledge that Craig rang Hoges, but if he's put his hand up, good on him, although both him & I looking very doubtful for both Sat & Sun due to another lot of fish arriving Fri & transfers over the weekend, so possibly more changes to both sides to come! If you or WCP want to discuss the selected sides & the headaches behind it all, give me a ring on 0438 687 004! Good luck to all the lads playing on Sunday, let's bring it home for LINCOLN!

Snozz, I must apologize as my mail regarding Jewels and Toddy was way off and I'll blame my source for that!! I don't have a problem with the A grade side, it's the lack of bowling in the 2's that worries me. Surely we have more than 3 medium pacers around that could have filled the void. Hopefully we bat first and make 300 with our 9 batsmen cause if we don't they could be set for a big score.....

ps. I still don't think it would be too late to bring Skinny in and drop one of the three new batsmen that have been brought in
