I think they thought it was gonna be a walk in the park and make the GF but aint prepared to do the hard work or fight to get there they didnt even seem to care that we held them to a goal all day and were just laughing and joking around after the game.

Our game was all over by qtr time should of just called it then and saved our oval from getting fully shredded up.

Coach was sacked for carrying on at their sponsors Hotel a while back.

Investment made by 2 young blokes at the start of the season appears to have backfired.

As we ran past them, I politely pointed out that they were warming up at the wrong end, expecting them to be all "no worries pal, we'll be on our way".

We jogged all the way around the square and they were still having a kick, so I just ran the boys through the middle of it

I think I was a bit excited/shitting myself about my first game back.

To be fair can be confusing at both of your ovals with the home coaches box furthest away from the change rooms. Most ovals it's obvious which end you'd want.

Which is why when you get reminded of the correct end or if the home team starts looking like they're warming up at your end, you politely make your way down the other end.

Just like Houghton did when they played against us.

it was fun and games last time at angle vale wonder who will umpire the B grade for angle vale hopefully not that little pecker kid who cheats and also hopefully his knuckle head of a dad does not play

If North Pines were playing A Grade where they should be, or if the fixture was even close to being fair, I'd hazard a guess the Mitchell Park Reserves would be playing finals this year.

AU had to play HDFC three times and MP only had to play them twice, so kinda evens out.

In the end, AU's win against our depleted B-grade probably gets them over the line.

Just on this, if we miss out on finals on percentage and it turns out the loss of goals from the Angle Vale game was the difference...

Well, lets just say hell hath no fury like a morell scorned.
