No, they have too much talent in the side to do that.

We all keep saying that but I can remember when everyone over here used to say Man U and later Nottm Forrest, were too good to go down.

On current form we wouldn't make the top 5 let alone the top 3. From a personal point of view, I don't think we have been on form for sometime. Last weeks thrashing and now this week, when the scoreboard flattered us shows we are not what we should be.

I have my own thoughts as to why,

Too many "stars"
Some AvFL players who are not up for it
Unexplainable team selections
No consistency in the team.
Ineffectual game plan that has been sussed by our opponents

Today, confidence is clearly affected as heads went down very quickly.

Bugger double chance hopes, wouldn't suprise me if they blew away their finals chances!
Bye next week, then Norwood, Centrals, Eagles and Bays.
Might lose 6 in a row.
Of course the supercoach might always pull something out of the bag. :?

Teams forms this season (apart from Central and West) have been up and down this year, we thought that Norwood were down and out a couple of weeks ago, same with Port.

If they keep playing like they have in the past month, they are a real danger of blowing playing in the finals at all, let alone the double chance.

Its OK spelly, we're with ya.

Some people like ME forget that North fans are North's biggest critics at time not to mention that most North topics are started by non North fans, for some reason more non North fans are obsessed by North than North fans.
Bah, it doesnt matter anyway,we're crap, we know it, our supporters know it, everyone knows it.

We are gone and personally I would rather not make the finals than be subjected to another year of under achieving. Other than South and West we are the next most out of form team running around atm. Let us finish 6th so some of the off field issues that are affecting on field presently can be sorted out once and for all.

I have been a supporter of the coach this year but today I was baffled by not only his final 21 that took the field today but some of his match-ups and moves left a lot to be desired?

Is he one of the off field issues we have to deal with???

Well said, not to mention the Coach giving Josh Coulter (who Im a huge fan of when playing back pocket or back flank) an award tonight despite Chambers kicking 5 goals on him, the only reason Chambers didn't kick more on him was because the ball was flying over Chambers head so much.

Agreed fully about only South and West being worse than us at the moment and even then we'd have good contests with them at the moment.

For the sake of the SANFL let's get 5 in form teams in the finals.
Centrals, Sturt, Eagles in the top 3 with Glenelg, Norwood and Port battling for the last two spots.
