I heard no news about this match (Japan is Winter Olympics mad at the moment)
So if the Aussie's fielded a third string side, what sort of team did Bahrain put on the field?

I heard that Bahrain basically had their best team on the field. I heard that on the news.

A good win then!
What other trials do we have before the World Cup? Do we have any actual challenges coming up? The team needs to work before the real stuff begins, otherwise it'll be like thrashing Fiji 30-nil only to lose to Argentina on away goals or something like that.
