The number of times I've been at a pub recently, and ventured to the toilets to see some young stud doing his hair in the mirror, then walkout with the tap still running full bore. I'm no tree hugger and someone else grooming themselves is their business, but FFS seriously how hard is it to turn off a ******* tap?!?!
