I am a runner so it screws with your training also...ever tried running in near 100% humidity!
Spent 13 years of my life doing it as a kid and then playing and working in sport up there.
Hydrate, it is actually good for your training, a bit like altitude, as it overloads your central and peripheral CV system. Acclimatisation to heat and humidity increases SV, mitochondrial enzymes etc. Key is to hydrate pre and postt session and recover properly post exercise.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
