Escape the Rain tomorrow at Sandown. Got barrier 11 out of 11 which will make it difficult. Yet to hear from trainer on her chances.

She was bad today. Not much luck, wide most of the way, but a last is still a last.

Bloodstock manager livid about the ride. Was told to go forward, and if stuck 3 wide, so be it, just let her run up on the pace at her own speed. Dragging her back 6L to 2nd last and still 3 deep why she fought Yendell for 800m, not really the best thing for her, she was out of the race from that point. I think they have realised that she can't be ridden cold. She has to be put in the race.
Probably look for a easier midweek race before a break if she pulls up ok.

morphettville race 7 no.8 boys get around him, took it at $26 which is a silly price imho, not going up in class, back a bit in distance, into $17, hope the money keeps coming

Tardy away, comes from second last on the turn covering more ground than Burke & Wills and still flashes home for 4th, beaten less than half a length.
Massive run.

Will get on too. $14 looks a decent price in an 8 horse field. Especially if it's flying! Go!

Had a bad cut the morning of the race, half the owners wanted it scratched, half wanted to run it. Stupid decision, flared it up and now in the paddock. I won't be putting a line through it just yet.
