I reckon it's amusing that the bowling has attracted so much comment while the batsmen appear to have got off Scott free. It's pretty hard to take 20 wickets when you are being rock and rolled for 60. You're in the field more often, you've got bugger all runs to play with and you're bowling a Duke.
Marshall, Holding, Roberts and Garner couldn't have bowled us to victory with shit totals we made in those lost tests.

Yeah right. Didn't they pull Pattinson out of a shield game mid match to fly him to NZ? And now they are saying he is short on match fitness????

Possibly quite a good attack for that deck.
Siddle and Bird have the potential to thrive on that deck.
It's almost a New Zealand-like attack.
