My mother in law was diagnosed about 5 years ago, and passed away within 8 weeks of the diagnosis. Lung Cancer, despite never smoking (though probably passively smoked a lot)
After seeing her in the last few weeks I wouldnt wish it on anyone. All I can say is that I hope your old man either makes a good recovery, or it takes him quickly. Even 8 weeks was way too long.

Not sure if I agree with others being able to decide when it's time, but if they are still lucid enough to say this is it, I am honestly all for it.

Not sure if I agree with others being able to decide when it's time, but if they are still lucid enough to say this is it, I am honestly all for it.
