Good tactic this. The more runs we score in first 100 overs, the more bonus points we get.

Think second spot will be decided by less than 1 point, so extremely vital!

The day could not have gone any better for the Redbacks.

Stumps: SA 7/239 with a lead of 148.

Two very good performances from locals.

Definitely a world away from our usual standard when the whips are cracking. This little patch could be the making of Travis Head. Also good to see Ross get some valuable runs. I'm not worried that he didn't go on with it in this instance. He's there at 6 to change the game and he helped Head take the game away from Tasmania.

Sayers superb. Something seems to just work beautifully when Sayers, Mennie and Worrall all play together. Cosgrove seems mighty fortunate to still be in the side, but it's probably too late to bring in someone else. If there was a "someone else". But the fat pig is just the sort of bloke who'll probably go the whole season without scoring a run then in a final go berserk and win the game for us so he can dine out on one innings for 5 years.

May aswell continue down the path of giving kids and local talent a crack, they may not be quite up to standard of the stronger states but they play with pride in their cap.
