The draw was always going to test them as the season went on, probably needed a couple of harder games in the first 10 rounds.
Means they wont bottom out entirely - too many hardened bodies in the midfield to do that. But the 7 teams above them, plus St Kilda, Melbourne, Collingwood, Port all seem to have more upside
Not sure about that, Brown looks like he's on the improve but scoring power is going to rely on Waite as the CHF and Brown close to goal. Thomas and Higgins as the smalls. Look thin in the front half.
They were 8th for points for in 2016, Melbourne and St Kilda within 10 points of them for the year. In 2016 Brown kicked 41, Thomas 37, Harvey 36, Waite 29, Petrie 27, Goldstein 20 and Ziebell 18.
So two of their top 7 are gone and 2 of them are midfielders, one of them plays 90% in the ruck. Hardly suggests they have scoring options. Higgins the biggest addition to that list after missing a bit of 2016. Can't believe how much they are going to rely on Waite.
PAFC. Forever.
LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!
