No it isn't, the top four earned the gap. If a team is good enough and lucky enough, they can win from 5th-8th but there is a reason they are 5th-8th - they aint good enough...

Was looking at the Hawks figures last week i think it was, not really a great reflection - played couple of games in Tassie with the lower capacity and a couple games against traditionally poorer draw card sides eg STK, GC
