I thought the North supporters were fantastic honoring the bloke who has played more games at that level than any other.
I thought maybe 432 might show up, nonetheless 29 of them going along was special in it's own way.

The difference? Not form, Port played much better in '14 obviously. Weather was ok for both.
It was that in 2016 that week was a bye for most local footy comps...

Yeah it's obvious you will get more to a Saturday arvo/night game when no local footy is on but what's the answer?
Local footy is here to stay so you can't use that as an excuse each week.
Bottom team or not, poor game time or not, it was a poor crowd.

Rubbish! Look at the crowds at all other matches last weekend, it was a good crowd.
