Its awful, basically means an hour less sleep at least a night for me (possibly more due to the later heat).
Its the most ridiculous concept, they should encourage the opposite like most hot countries.
Glad Im semi retired, it will be the first year since I was about 3 it will have minimal impact.

It annoys me when it's 9:30pm and still broad daylight, you don't get to bed til later and as you stated, we lose that crucial hour LOL.

Most years I struggle with it for a month or so, I've been getting up at 4am lately so I should be fine this year.

Coming from someone that works from 8am to 5pm and has roller shutters to block all light, I love daylight savings.

I actually have some light to do stuff after work. Now that its heating up, I'll be able to walk down to the beach without freezing my dick off.

similar for us but we are heading out with the camper trailers to the flinders. and wont be coming back for a week.

although its been ages since we have had a beach getaway.... that might just have to be our next destination.

My long weekend became decidedly better when the wife's ex messaged me asking if my lad can go with them to Mt Gambier Friday until Tuesday.

Leaves us with a kid free long weekend as my daughter was heading away too, pretty convenient considering it's my turn for our punters club at the pub on Saturday!
