tootlegan you need to understand something. The ladder reads centrals top and Sturt second. Sorry to say but it pretty much means that laird is the best coach in the league so far with MacGowan being 2nd best.

This might be hard to believe but its as simple as the eggs are still centrals bitch (how many grand finals?). Similar to how glenelg was ports bitch for so many years.
But it was more than a victory for Greece. It was a stirring example to free people throughout the world of what a few brave men can accomplish once they refuse to submit to tyranny.

More than you ever wanted too ???????????? Think you might be speaking for yourself there Cambs.

Sturt might have won more than they expected to, but surely, like the rest of the SANFL, they would want to win every game.

If 12 wins is more than you wanted to, just how many did you actually want to win, and if you have already exceeded that requirement, can I assume that you won't want to win when you play North again

Thanks for pulling me up on that one JTC - I should have said more than we ever expected to...

Sturt1 I don't think with that name you should be saying the word "bitch"to EAGLES fans .
Just remind us EAGLES FANS and the rest of the comp when was the last time Sturt beat the EAGLES in either Home and away games or Finals.
But yes you are correct about centrals and the EAGLES.

3/4 of season of his first season does not make McGowan the second best coach in the league. He has done a fantastic job so far but Ron Fuller is the next best coach only marginally behind Laird IMO.
