Not the first time Hope Valley have not prepared a deck.
Not sure if they do their own wickets or they are getting stitched up by a very lazy council curator, but the turf surely need to ask some questions as this is becoming a pattern out their way.

Pooraka might want to hire security guards for home games if that is the case....tigerpie wrote:Trader wrote:Hope Valley elected not to prepare a deck and blamed the 2mm of rain we had on Thursday as the excuse. More than happy to take a draw against Pooraka.

Unprepared deck constitutes a forfeit doesn't it?
Getting points against pooraka is gold and gives them a 5 point leg up on everybody else.

Alternative pitch would have been in prep for this weeks game surely, who prepares an alternative pitch in case it rains ?
No one is the answer, it's gunna rain on that too.
HV have just shot themselves in the foot right there, best come up with something else.
Oops, to late.
This will be an interesting little test for ATCA.
