Have heard rumours from mates who supposedly at said venue that they believe this is alledgedly 'strike one.'

The AFL, The AFLPA, PAFC and the clubs QC’s have all studied the entire footage from the night and found no evidence of anything alleged against SPP having actually happened.
According to someone “in the know” at the game today (aka someone from the club I was walking behind on the way back to the car), the AFL were pushing for the 3 game suspension to a start now, and if that happened, Port were going to fight it all the way. The suspension being backdated as was much as Port were willing to accept

Let me get this straight. Port were going to fight it “all the way” if the AFL said 3 more games from now, but are willing to accept only 1 week more now?
Weren’t we told that Port were backing him in?
Accepting the 1 week is an admission, no?

Why is there no proof with SPP? because a camera didn't film it?
What does listing other indiscretions prove?
