Without waiting for the annoucement of the finals draw in the AFL? Well, the Sturt/North match will get 3000 less than it would for a Friday night match, me being one of those 3000.

To be confirmed after the AFL announce their draw for next week - we had not been advised as of 6:30pm tonight when presentations concluded.

Well, that's what should have happened last year, Crows playing a Night final, but instead the SANFL gets ****ed two season in a row in Round 23. If indeed that's the case.

And mighty_tiger, I'm sure people would have gone to the Sturt/North match to see the double chance match if they had the chance to, like me.

not the story I have been told. I was speaking to a Sturt Official in the last quarter and he said that North had agreed to a Friday night match. just waiting for confirmation of the AFL draw or the next option was a Sunday

If Port got the Friday night final, would you think that Friday night be still an option?

If you rather sit at home and watch an AFL then do so.

Do not stuff around with the schedule to please a few hundred people who care more for the AFL than the SANFL.

Because Crows ans Port played Fri and Sat this week they will definately not play Sunday next week, Depends how the AFL sorts out but if its Adelaide/Collingwood again it would definately be Friday night (both 7 day breaks) and I reckon Port/WCE would be Sat night (both 7 day breaks)....leaving Sat arvo for SANFL

I love the SANFL, go every week, but I'm really getting sick of so many SANFL fans with chips on their shoulders. Just my opinion.

was talking about this today surely the bottom team from the previous year should have the bye in the last round? therefore this reduces the chances of a team having to miss 2 weeks in a row before finals?
