There are now 2 comments of complaint at the bottom of the article on the Adelaide Now website. If you want the paper to understand that people do care about SANFL then a few more comments from Eagles fans wouldnt go astray.

Unfortunately the SANFL site has links to these articles so anyone from anywhere going to that site would also see on the Woodville Heritage day conducted by WWTFC that Torrens won!

Nah, I'm glad the club recognises the history of both clubs rather than not recognise either. FWIW it was pretty poor work by The Advertiser.

It has happened to us but concerns me that our competition is devalued everytime such glaring errors occur.
Mistakes can happen but at least correct the error when pointed out - respect your online readers and other agencies which take the link.
I want them to see that people do care and emailing a comment at the bottom of the article means people are reading and taking note which is good for the overall standing of the SANFL competition
