Clearly they rehearsed some choreography, Bruce remembered less than two steps.

I'd get the tow bar structurally assessed. Would hate to think it's all good and then be towing a trailer one day to find out it isn't....

Probably just need a new towbar tongue. Can't imagine he would've done serious structural damage to the towbar.

Agreed, unlikely, but I'd want to know I'm not leaving a loaded trailer behind at a set of lights one day in the future.

Motel is pretty good and had a nice rump steak and fairly good though inexpensive bottle of Pinot Gris at the local pub. Systmn is pick it out at bottle shop price and pay $3.00 corkage for the glasses in the restaurant,

The tenants are behind in rent dating back to June 2017.
That’s 17 months in arrears!
The amount owing is a whopping $340,000.
Firstly, how the hell does the landlord let them get so far behind, surely they would’ve stepped in a long, long time ago?
Secondly, I would’ve thought that the cafe owners/managers would’ve known early on that things weren’t working out & tried to cut their losses?
Staggering.

What would rental prices be in high traffic areas?
