So, I decide at 4.25 it's too hot to ride home, so I will catch the bus home. I had to go to the Adelaide Metro office to get my daughter a new card. I looked at the app and it says my bus is 4 mins away. I toddle off down Currie St to the bus stop and see about 100m away the 545x already at the stop. i run, not on the footpath but in the bus zone so the bus driver can see me. Get there, wave at the bus driver who by this time has his indicator on. He sees me (I'm now 10m away, waving in front of the bus, still standing on the road), he shakes his head and drives away.
******* prick.
It's 46 FFS. He's seen me run down the road. He's seen me standing there waving like I'm listening to My Sharona (thanks Dennis Commetti) and still drives off.
No wonder I don't catch public transport.
Their a special mob at Adelaide Metro. I catch the tram daily & it peak hour trams run every 10 minutes which is fine. Yesterday the hottest day in 80 years they reduce their services due to heat. Waited with well over 100-150 people for half an hour for a tram at Vic Square at 5pm last night. 3 trams came past they other way from Glenelg to City whilst we waited. One lady fainted, hit her head & had to be attended to by SA Ambulance whilst we all waited.
Bunch of D!cks at times SA Metro
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.
