Yep, the 'ol Geordies got up* after their 1st goal was dis-allowed (off-side).
I watched the game in it's entirety at the BBC (Bombay Bicycle Club)

I'd be a little cautious with england. Heard Beckham, Gerrard, Lampard, Rooney, Crouch are all either out or extremely doubtful. The england camp doesn't seem settled at the moment and they are under a lot of pressure (have u seen the amount of weight Steve McLaren has lost due to stress since he took the England job?). Could see this game v Israel being a draw and the beginning of the end for McLaren.

I am including these in a multi
Scotland- win against Lithuania
Holland - win v Bulgaria
Ukraine- win v Georgia
Portugal- win v Poland
Italy/France draw

Except for the draw these are short priced favourites that should win.

Liverpool v Pompey at Fratton Park this weekend ... Liverpool have traditionally struggled against Portsmouth, particularly at their home ground, should see good odd's for Portsmouth win or draw.

Liverpool yet to concede a goal in open play, odds would suggest this would have to change soon.

Chelsea $1.28
Draw $4.75
Blackburn $9.35

Looks as tho Drogba & Lampard will miss this one. Chelsea not exactly flying and Blackburn always give a good hard account of themselves. The fact its at Stamford Bridge (where I'm pretty sureMourinho has never lost) means that I'm not tipping a Rovers win but am including the draw in my multi.

Havent checked what 0-0 is paying but that could be a smart bet as well.

Also Reading for the win @ Sunderland is showing some value. Hate to say it but i think the Keano bubble is about to burst.

0-0 between portsmouth and Liverpool..

portsmouth always a hard team to beat at home...and had the better chances..

Maybe the international break and early kick off could be a similar system to the DOOM Dutchy..

Don't bet on the top sides away from home after an international week..

In saying that Man Ud won away to Everton in an early kick off? :?

Think this is the first time I've quoted myself :D Err anyway ... Took Pompey for the win and forgot about the draw :( Hope some others managed to jump on.
