I started taking Swisse Ultiboost Sleep a while back if I had a couple of rough nights in a row, they don't knock me out but they help me get longer blocks of sleep in.

Can't help on the Stillnox mate.

Thinking about beer at 8:38am is :

A ) A sign you're a drunken bum

B ) Understandable, but slightly worrying

C ) I see no problem, unless you're drinking one

D ) I do, every ******* day

I was the opposite, after 7 days of shit beers and a 15 drink a day limit I was hanging for a session!
Had to start after lunch every day just so I wouldn't hit the limit before tea!
There was slight respite at Airlie Beach and Port Douglas where I could have a beer with taste thank Christ

I don't mind Tooheys New, it's usually my go to when I'm interstate and having keg beer at a bar.
