Yeah, the ball and chain asked me why am I watching it, my reply was "It reminds me a bit of It's a Knockout", she was a country girl growing up and couldn't relate.
She's right into fitness atm so it didn't take long before she was there barracking next to me.

Agree with your first bit, Gladiator didn't reel me in but something like this has.

I'd prefer to watch it without all the bullshit "behind the scenes" stuff about the contestants, just keep them rolling up and taking on the challenges.

It's awesome seeing what people can achieve when they put their mind to it.
