I assume the dates for the ER games are going to be negotiated with their direct opponents. Just hasn't happened yet.

Ok, so similar to the round of matches on Saturday Nov 30 during Test Match, clubs can arrange a suitable time to play between the two clubs involved.

Uni looking good

Wakim, Kerber, Bosisto strong top order. Plus they'll have Winter during the BBL.

I believe so - pretty sure he's in the 19s squad (which looks half decent this year as well).

I think the quicks might be Size, Judd, one of the Kelly's , unsure of what the NSW lad (Scott) bowls, Darley?
Some handy leggies in Bowering, Smith and Hoffman, I reckon some decent batters as well (Brazell, Fuss, Kelly x 2, Hoffman, Scott, King, Pointon).

Could that be the Hoffmann that was at Port Adelaide?

Nah, he's committed to Woodville South in A2 of ATCA.

Been very quiet till now on the Peckers! Thought Sleepy would have done some recruiting!

Hope they told the recruit what a lovely pitch there is at Woodville Oval for fast bowlers!! Would have chosen somewhere else to play otherwise!

Think Sam was telling him that last year and it never happened! I would definitely be asking him to do something, does help their strong batting line up but cant win games without taking 10 wickets.

Hopefully we have told him the same re Henley Oval as last year ours was nearly as bad!!

Hi Guys

Have noticed the Redbacks League is literally only 3 Saturdays this coming season. Seems a bit of a waste of time really but good for everyone to have a pre season hit out I guess.

Aaron Summers to Woodville - seems like a waste of time him coming here, should just stick to stealing money from sub continental T20 franchises.
Will Bosisto to Uni - they won’t see him much, should slide straight into the Redbacks fairly quickly
Rumours of a number of poms playing for ET, turning into the new Uni? Oh wait no they have juniors...and don’t buy players
Plenty happening down at Bice as well going by their Facebook page.
WT looking to be the real difference from last year with all their recruits also, McDonald to replace Smith on top of this new bowling line up

Would the % of interstate/overseas players in the competition have increased or decreased over the last 10 or 20 years?

Interesting reading about how the Darwin competition is struggling. Over reliance on imports who disappear prior to finals. Tough for clubs to afford the costs of these players. Not enough juniors coming through.
