Always good to reminise with former players and stir them up, haloman for you to be commenting on cricket and your colts GFs where WAD carried you is a disgrace. Hang your head in shame!

SES are feeling no pressure. I think the pressure is all on Tassies, pressure they have created for themselves with all the expectation that has increased even more after there winning streak of the last round. As usual we had a couple of players miss training last night even before a GF, other clubs would gasp but that's just the way we are. Relax and hopefully let the good times roll!! All the best to everyone involved on Saturday......

WCP, just letting you know that Smoo rolled out to Waybacks last night and asked if he could have a bat & a bowl.. Our Bs were more than happy and I think he stayed on for a BBQ and beer. If Smoo has a big day tommorrow we might just take a little bit of credit...

Anyone catch the Rugby 7s last night? Very interesting - instead of the usual 15 men they play with 7m players for 7 mins on the full size pitch. Extremely fast!
How would footy go with say 9 players for 9 mins on the full field could be a goer... would suit my running game...lol... what are your thoughts ??? might see if the GM wants to do a Kerry Packer with me and get it going.
Follow the F1 a little HTM, What are your thoughts on it, I see Alonso is now into fav for the Championship after his win in the first GP. Shu is value @ $3.50 if they get that car right!
Great weekend Clipsal , but I can't make it this year.

WTF....... Don't recall ever playing colts with WAD. Reckon at the time Bostons were still up and running and WAD was playing for them. When they folded I reckon he might have not played for a couple of seasons. WAD is that about right? Once again RR you local cricketing knowledge has let you down. As for hanging my head in shame........Why. Should I not be proud of the fact I got to play with and against some pritty darn good cricketers in colts GFs. When was the last time Tassies had a colts side in a GF? It would seem the colts arn't real important to you as Pres hey RR. Win, lose or draw this weekend your blokes will be back were you belong soon enough. No colts, no future. You can't keep getting players from other clubs forever!

I'm back after a whirlwind trip to the big smoke for the MM - Umaquest was beaten by the barrier - never a hope after having to settle last, wasn't a day for the swoopers - warning do not sack this horse yet, you will get your money back....Devlino was also couragous in a crack field, trainer was not disappointed with run.

As for sundays races, heres my thoughts:

Lincoln sea, only true stayer in town will win kimba cup - guernica looking for spell
Sunny diva in 2yo, gallipoli beach only danger - Sack lex luther cost too much to follow it
Kendite a monty, prince dor on first up run will go well (value runner)
Sandview lay of the day - supposed to be good enough to be in lincoln cup, but not in kimba cup WTF?
Zepremo big chance to break duck (finally) old fred has done a good job with him

Disappointing to see axeman getting some shit rides after an excellent performance over cup week (who is his manager - are you his manager eski??) good to see simone mont get a couple of chances.

Spoke to a racing identiy at races on Wed about the Maund controversy, heard some very disturbing news that he wasn't the only one involved - there were 3 others (I'm sworn to secrecy on names though) who were also very pissed, 2 were not even breath tested!!! Apparently all were drinking well into the early hours of Thursday morning - has got the whole industry talking in Adelaide!
