Serious question, will the crows be able to fill a side come round 1 next year??

Of course they will. Will have a stack of draft picks.
Have been clubs cut/lose close to a dozen players in the offseason before

Clubs like Carlton have turned over 10+ players every off season.

A lot of experience, but if you asked any Crowie in Round 23 who was in their best team I'd say most would only have Keath, Crouch and maybe Betts from that list.

Round 23 2019 - Jacobs, Betts, Crouch, Keath, Jenkins and Greenwood would have been in most of their best 22.

Round 23, 2020 - Not so much.

15-20 would be overs for a 27 year old (will be 28 in January) with 30 games under his belt.

Bulldogs have 12 ( too high ) and 30 ( about right ).

He has every right to sit on the list, but if rumours are true that he is considered a disease down there then you have to consider paying him out and exiting the relationship. Also gives a youngster his spot on the list.

It’s pretty dramatic that a bloke comes out and says he’s parting ways with the club and will play anywhere - All whilst still contracted and before the club has even found a new coach... Reading in to it a little further you would think that during the interview process of all new coaches so far that everyone of them doesn’t want him at the club. Jenkins should hold the aces here being contracted, but to come out like he has shows vulnerability and there is a bit more to this one for me.

If there is a positive out of all this at least we have ripped the scab off the list and started turning towards the next chapter in the club in terms of getting in new talent. Where we have been going especially this year was leading us towards the bottom in 2-3 years. Even if that happens say next year then at least that is 1-2 less years of ******* around.

And going to Victoria where they named him “Joe the goose” and the media slam him more than any other will resolve all his problems?

Oddly they look like they'll go into the trade period with no coach. That wont affect draftees come that time, but I think it would for trade period.

Sometimes you've gotta go backwards to go forwards.

They're 7 or 8 years off any chance of the ultimate goal now I'd say.

Trust me, as a blues supporter, I'm very aware of this! I'm thinking about plonking some $$'s on them not to make the 8.

They will get bored after a couple of weeks and move on to one of the other 500 AFL footballers in the state.
