Should be a easy win to Angaston with their line up , does anyone think Nuri are a chance to beat them to have a grand final rematch with Tanunda

daysofourlives wrote:So Angaston got an extra 2 points for next year and have just signed Scott Lewis.
Early indications might be a Kapunda v Angaston gf.
Not too many other signings been announced.
Tanunda losing a few?

Extra points to a GF team - used to secure another ex league player -and the hardship reason is(it's a doozy) - he has friends at the club?
Are the other clubs going to be offered the same deal? Hang on that won't work.......Ango are supposed to get less than teams below them; and he's only a league player. He was willing to sign at other clubs in the BLG before the new"friends' rule.
No wonder the coach is talking up another grand final in the papers.
And let's not get to the subject of the salary cap.

Lewis at any of these clubs, which he considered before the BLG present would've many any one of them stronger - they don't have 4 ex league players or a host of those back from centrals - thus a more even league' Your coaches comments were arrogant in this situation.
And anyway, is Ango such a good club players like these are willing to play for less than they would've asked at other clubs. Open up the books at all clubs or are you just the same as other clubs when it comes to salary caps? Winners are grinners, but it depends how you win. Anyway the precedent is still a dangerous one.
And isn't fair to lose points if you're suddenly so good you go from bottom to GF.
