Uh oh.

The Crows training breach was not a 'happy accident' according to Gerard Whateley

Apparently it wasn't a happy accident.
Do unhappy accidents get fined more?

So the 16 players copped a suspended 1 match ban.

Ben Hart stood down for 6 weeks

Players give a 1 match suspended sentence

Most of the players will barely play this year so there was no way they were trying to get an advantage

How does Ben Hart get a 6 week suspension if it starts now whilst they’re not playing?
He’ll be back before it starts.

Why do 16 players get a fine when it was only 7 with Ben Hart in the same area?

No one got fined . They have 1 game sanction that's suspended sentence

The kicking drill was two groups of 8
