Tests 7 13 4 660 137 73.33 1274 51.80 3 1 76 7 1 0

His test stats line...not bad at the moment...do you think he can carry this on and shore up the number 5/6 spot for Australia??

I say yes as he has seemed to handle it pretty well so far.

Absolutely. I had been calling for his inclusion the the team for years. Better late than never, and he has been making up for lost time.

Leave him at 5 and play either an all rounder or maybe think about a young bloke if they want. I would like to see them stick with symonds for now - England gave Flintoff 20 tests before he started to make a difference.

HUSSEY

Champ no doubt and my favorite player.
Will prove his status if he handles spinners
in the subcontinent, i reckon he may struggle
there a touch.

True, but Symonds will never be the bowler Flintoff is.
