Sunday wasn't a good day, drunk a bottle of wine during the footy and ate a whole seafood large pizza.. regret now but was so good at the time.
Target for Sunday weigh in: 107.5kg.
Have you had a go on a rowing machine? I lost 20 kilo in three months getting on the rower twice a day for an hour each time. It's pretty hard work but the weight drops off. I still have a bottle of red every night with dinner and eat what I want on weekends but I have also cut out most sugar and that makes a massive difference too.
