It was a beagle i was walking when i did my ankle... bastardFooty Chick wrote:LMA wrote:I had a Beagle around 17 years ago, was an absolute nutter. He used to knock my daughter over and try to hump her so we advertised him for sale and a Quarantine Officer come and observed him for a bit but said "Nah". Ended up giving him away to a fella who has had them before and about 12 months after we got rid of him I got a call from the Port Adelaide cop shop telling me that Benny had just wandered in, crazy mutt [emoji38]
Beagles are my favourite dog

The Dark Knight wrote:Just after some clarification from our local AdFL experts- Our A and B grade have a bye this week and our C grade play their first regular game after having a bye in round 1, are players from the B grade allowed to drop down to the C grade?
I'm of the understanding they are not allowed too? There was talk at training last night that our B grade coach would like to drop a few guys down to get more game time into them. I think that is obviously unfair to the opposition to drop B graders to the C grade, a bit rough on some guys looking forward to finally playing a game for points in the C grade after two trail games in the last fortnight who may have to make way for players that might come down and creates more selection headaches for our C grade coach as he already has more than enough players to choose from and try fit in to his team for Saturday. Obviously it's great we have heaps of numbers and guys will filter down into our D grade so all players should get a game anyway.
I'm sure our president is all over it and will sort it out but I'm just interested to know what the actual ruling is and if it's changed in anyway lately?

Only regular C graders can play, no you cant drop down B graders.
Dutchy wrote:Dont know the ruling but from a club harmony perspective Id be very careful, you obviously have good numbers so it isn't being done to just put a team on the field. B grade coach should just do a hard contested training session.
