For those of you (like NFC... or should that be 'NFI') who don't want another CDFC v WWTFC Grand Final,
I say to you... "Bah Humbug"...
How about paying credit where it is due?
1. Centrals ARE the SUPREME team in our competition in ALL FACETS (both on & off the ground), they deserve their success.
2. Once again, Ronnie Fuller (& I have never been a real 'Ronnie Fan') has 'pulled ANOTHER cat out of the bag' with an inexperienced playeri n a Finals Series, playing Geddes... last year it was Zac Heir (who has really struggled this year but I thought played his BEST game for the year yesterday)... the year before it was Robbie Fiacci when he played on Waterhouse in the Prelim.
Both club's abilities to keep performing in the top 3 despite having to introduce a number of young players to the fold, over the past 8 odd years, is fantastic... If your clubs managed to do similar feats, perhaps you wouldn't be just 'watching' the finals & actually contributing !!!
3. North Adelaide too can boast a FANTASTIC Junior program with the continued success of their Reserves, U19's & U17's over the past few years... perhaps a change of League Coach (& this is nothing new, as I stated this earlier in the year) will bring them the ULTIMATE success.
So viewers, I am ready to recieve your undieing affection... BRING IT ON !!!!
