At any rate, Eagles deserve to be the favorites IMO, but North have the game plan, personnel, and attitude to win today, and the confidence that they can beat the Eagles despite being superior on paper plus an excellent recent record at Adelaide Oval. Interesting to see who comes in for both sides, and particularly whether Hartung takes the field, as his his pace, skill, and AFL experience could be an x-factor for North. I think Tanner Smith's inclusion will be is important as well, as his height and experience will be necessary if North are to successfully match up against the Eagles' tall forwards.
Hopefully there's a decent crowd given it's the biggest game of the year, but all the COVID restrictions plus the difficulty in getting tickets off-the-cuff is probably going to dent the overall figure. Certainly going to be weird having no-one on the hill.
Go Roosters!!

So it isnt just me that thought that.Pseudo wrote:Foote very lucky to score Eagles' first goal, insofar as a blatant head-high tackle on a North player was missed 2 seconds before it.
