Massive f**k up by Rahane, hopefully we can make him pay and get some more wickets with the new ball due soon.

Slow over rates today is smart. The slower you bowl during the day, the more overs you bowl at night

Either way, pretty pathetic only to get 89 overs in after going the extra half hour.

Crowd should have 1/90th of their ticket cost refunded!

Been that way for quite some time across the world as the extra half an hour is just a given now.

Good first day's cricket. Maybe a slight advantage to the Aussies, but let's not judge until both teams have batted on this pitch. I think the Indian bowlers will be very difficult to face.

The slow over rate is a blight on the game, needing to bowl 40 overs in the last session is unacceptable.

Are slow over rates really that big a blight on the game, from a spectator point of view.

If the commentators didn't mention it could you honestly tell or would it impact your experience watching whether they bowled 14 overs in the hour or 12.

To be honest I don't mind if it takes longer, means I get to keep the tv remote for longer and can scrape a few odd jobs in between without missing too much.

But seriously do you actually sit there getting frustrated because one over took 4:30 to be bowled not 4:10.
